Director - Matthew Klinefelter BSc (HONS) IEng MICE ACIArb

Matthew Klinefelter

Matt has a wealth of experience across a multitude of sectors accumulated over 14 years of delivering projects. Previous experience as a Contracts Manager and delivering multi-million pound schemes as a Project Manager mean a practical and realistic approach to delivery is always achieved. Matt has an extensive knowledge of working with NEC contracts. 

Matt has mainly worked in the UK but has also working in the Middle East and in Poland. Project portfolio range from >£100m to £30k packages on projects upto £1.5bn and has operated as both a Tier 1 main contractor and a Subcontractor. 

Matts main strength is formulation and challenging construction sequencing, method selection and logistics. Having successfully formulated some unconventional construction sequences which have included a tower crane erected and used under a set of overhead power lines and utilising a floating crane platform for a viaduct installation within a flood plain. Both examples being technically challenging but rewarded with significant cost and time saving over alternative construction methods.

Planning Consultant - Jonathan McLoughlin

Jonathan has 31 years experience in the project controls and risk sectors holding high positions on major projects such as Crossrail, HS2, Metronet and Thorp/MOX/Magnox projects. Through Jonathans vast experience he has obtained considerable knowledge and understanding of full project lifecycle programme management and delay analysis.

Jonathan has experience working for main contractors, sub-contractors and clients. This gives Jonathan a holistic perspective when working on any project. Combined with the ability and experience in Cost Planning, Scheduling, Program reviews, Forensics & Claims, Business analysis, Risk Management and Change Control he is a valuable asset to any team. 

Many years of broad ranging experience and considerable success within Project Controls, Planning and Project Management- a significant amount spent at senior level contributing to strategy formulation and managing client expectations. Ultimately focused on delivery, with the ability to manage change and achieve full life cycle project targets within budget limitations and strict deadlines for large scale and national organizations. Sound background in Civil Engineering, Design, Construction and Business Management.

Planning Consultant - Peter Akinwunmi

Peter has over 20 years experience in construction working has way up from engineer to project manager before becoming dedicated to project controls. Peters experience is predominantly in the UK but he also has experience of projects in Nigeria and has worked on behalf of Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors. 

 

Peters hands on delivery experience gives him an operational perspective on project delivery. His experience as a project manager also gives him knowledge of the most effective manner to support project teams.  

Having worked on both major infrastructure projects such as the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, the 2012 London Olympics and Redevelopment of Kings Cross Station as well as smaller sub contract packages gives Peter the knowledge of tailoring support to the requirements of the client. Experience of working in both large teams and independently means Peter works well in all instances and is able to provide the level of support needed by each project.
