Matts main strength is formulation and challenging construction sequencing, method selection and logistics. Having successfully formulated some unconventional construction sequences which have included a tower crane erected and used under a set of overhead power lines and utilising a floating crane platform for a viaduct installation within a flood plain. WHO WE ARE
We are a Programme Management Consultancy with experience in multiple sectors delivering services to improve Project Management across your construction projects. We work with Contractors, Subcontractors and Clients to develop, monitor, review and assess construction programmes, site logistics and improve the effectiveness of project delivery.
We can work with you from any stage of a project and understand that sometimes things do not go as planned. In these cases we work to analyse the extent of any delay and proactively seek entitlement to extension of time.
The ability to demonstrate information in a clear and concise manner is achieved with our ability to use Primavera P6, ASTA Powerproject and TILOS to show programme information. This is backed up with 3D modelling and 4D/5D planning capabilities.

Evaluate the risk to project completion using statistical analysis. A risk analysis will define the activities which are most likely to delay the completion of the project. The output of the statistical analysis will also determine the likelihood of project success and dates when these probable completions will be achieved. Further to this cost risk analysis can also be included to show the probability of final cost and expected margins.
Programmes need to be reviewed for compliance, we can check to CIOB, US DCMA or a bespoke 26 point test of a programme file.
