WHO WE ARE
We are a Programme Management Consultancy with experience in multiple sectors delivering services to improve Project Management across your construction projects. We work with Contractors, Subcontractors and Clients to develop, monitor, review and assess construction programmes, site logistics and improve the effectiveness of project delivery.
We can work with you from any stage of a project and understand that sometimes things do not go as planned. In these cases we work to analyse the extent of any delay and proactively seek entitlement to extension of time.
The ability to demonstrate information in a clear and concise manner is achieved with our ability to use Primavera P6, ASTA Powerproject and TILOS to show programme information. This is backed up with 3D modelling and 4D/5D planning capabilities.
Check out our Testimonial section to see what some of our clients have to say about the service they receive.

Evaluate the risk to project completion using statistical analysis. A risk analysis will define the activities which are most likely to delay the completion of the project. The output of the statistical analysis will also determine the likelihood of project success and dates when these probable completions will be achieved. Further to this cost risk analysis can also be included to show the probability of final cost and expected margins.
